Galvan Construction provided full structural wood framing services for the Hampton Inn in Callaway, Florida, a four – story hospitality project requiring detailed coordination and strict compliance with engineered plans.
Our scope included complete floor and wall layout, stick framing of all interior and exterior walls, balconies, porches, and decks, as well as installation of exterior wall sheathing, roof beams, roof and ceiling joists, fascia, stairs, and roof decking with required blocking. The project also involved framing for canopies, drop ceilings in designated bathrooms, hallways, and common areas, and pre – rock preparation for stairwells.
In addition , our team installed all Simpson connectors, hurricane clips, metal straps, bolts, and hold – downs provided by the general contractor, and braced the roof system per manufacturer requirements. We worked closely with the general contractor to maintain schedule milestones, ensure structural integrity, and deliver a high – quality framing package aligned with approved construction drawings and building codes.
